If the latest gist at Cocktail Whispers’ disposal is
anything to go by, then it seems that Nigerian celebrities just like some of
their counterparts abroad hardly go beyond their circle when it comes to
dating. In what has come as a surprise to some people, Cocktail Whispers has
learnt that celebrated footballer, Ikechukwu Uche, may be currently dating African-American
model/up-andcoming actress, Ruth Okoro.
While it may not be a big deal that a star footballer and an
actress are said to be an item, their supposed union has already set a whole
lot of tongues wagging. For those who are not aware, the interesting thing that
has set tongues wagging is that Ruth Okoro is Ini Edo husband’s ex-wife. On the
other hand, Ikechukwu Uche was the former lover of Nollywood ‘big babe’, Uche
Jombo. And, in fact, the duo (Uche Jombo and Ikechukwu Uche) were supposedly engaged
to be married at a point in time.
And there are those who would allege point blank that
Ikechukwu was already having an affair with Ruth Okoro at the time he was still
going out with Uche Jombo. But now Ikechukwu and Ruth seem not to be hiding the
fact that they are dating. In fact, it appears that the pair is flaunting their
affair as what is supposed to be their private picture together (taken in the
United States) is already flying around on the internet.
